What do new tariffs, potential tariff refunds and Valentine’s Day sales trends mean for your business in 2026?

Join us on March 3 at 2 PM ET for a timely virtual cross-segment discussion exploring the fast-changing policy and economic landscape — and what the latest consumer data reveals about floral demand.

With the Supreme Court ruling that the IEEPA tariffs were unlawful — and the Trump Administration quickly imposing new 15% tariffs under a different statute — uncertainty remains. SAF Senior Lobbyist Joe Bischoff, Ph.D., will explain what’s changed, what we know about possible tariff refunds, and what comes next for floral businesses.

SAF Chief Economist Charlie Hall, Ph.D., will take a broader look at the state of the economy, including the potential implications of a tariff refund. He’ll also break down SAF’s post–Valentine’s Day consumer survey, conducted by IPSOS on behalf of SAF, to explain what early demand signals tell us about the months ahead.

This interactive session will help you:

  • Understand how recent tariff changes could affect your business — and what comes next.
  • Interpret key economic indicators shaping consumer confidence.
  • Put Valentine’s Day 2026 sales results in context.

Don’t miss this opportunity to connect policy updates, economic insight and fresh consumer data — and turn them into practical business strategies.
