June 16 – Making the Most of Slow Seasons: Generating Revenue During Downtime
Grab your favorite cup of coffee and join us for a relaxed, interactive Next Gen Virtual Coffee Chat focused on turning slower seasons into opportunities for growth. In this session, we’ll explore practical and creative ways to generate revenue during downtime—without burning out or overextending your team.
We’ll discuss strategies like diversifying your offerings, introducing new services or products, strengthening customer relationships, and making the most of the time you do have. You’ll also hear real-world insights on what’s worked (and what hasn’t), plus how to stay proactive and intentional when business naturally ebbs.
Expect a candid conversation, actionable ideas, and space to share your own experiences and challenges. Whether you’re navigating a current slowdown or planning ahead for seasonal shifts, this coffee chat will help you think differently about downtime—and how to make it work for you.
Come connect, learn, and walk away with fresh ideas to keep your business moving forward year-round.
